Comments:
I married my childhood sweetheart in 1957. We were married 51 years. We lived in many places over the years: Borger, Phillips, Waco, Perryton and Texhoma, Okla. While in Texhoma we raised our children and cattle. I think raising cattle and children together, teaching the kids how to work as a family, instills strong work ethics. We enjoyed every sport and activity our 3 children participated in; from grade school to college! From there we were transfered to Norway with Phillips Petroleum Co., where Charles spent 4 years off-shore in the North Sea as Superintendent. Returning to the to the states to reside in Pampa until our retirement. Moved to Fritch to enjoy traveling in 5th wheel. Fishing, enjoying family and most of all - grandchildren! (Great grand-children and just hanging out!!!)
