James William "Jay" Barnett, 51, Borger, died Saturday, August 3, 1991 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.
Services are pending with Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
A native of Denison, he had been a Borger resident for 50 years. He was an operator at the Phillips Refinery, and member of Victory Baptist Church.
He married Joye Branum May 30, 1958 at Panhandle.
Survivors include his wife of the home; three sons, James C. Barnett of Borger; Jefferson B. Barnett of Fritch; and Joey W. Barnett of the home; three brothers, Jackie "Smokey" Barnett of Panhandle, Bill Barnett of Borger; and Bobby Barnett of Achillie, Okla.; and four grandchildren. |
