Mrs. Rosalie Anne Overbay passed away peacefully at home on May 17 in Fritch, TX, at the age of 81.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 19, 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Burgin Funeral Home, 200 S. McGee in Borger. Her funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, May 20 at 11:00 a.m at Eternal Light Church, 822 Weatherly, officiated by Pastor Willie Adams. Arrangements are under the direction of Burgin Funeral Home.

Rosalie was born on July 11, 1939 in Bartlesville, OK to Charles Amberse and Ada Maude Mason. She graduated from Borger High School in 1958. She married Donald Lee Overbay on December 7, 1960. Rosalie and Don welcomed three boys into their home. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will remember her as a loving, caring Christian mother and grandmother who taught them to love Jesus and encouraged them to pursue their goals.

Rosalie was accomplished in professional photography. She pursued a career in portrait photography until health issues required her to give up the career she performed with passion. She was a generous individual who loved her family and who was passionate about following Christ.

She was preceded in death by husband Donald, (Don) Overbay, parents Charles and Ada Mason and brother Gene Mason.

Rosalie is survived by her son Anthony Overbay and wife Kathy of Alamogordo and daughters, Raevyn of the home, Megan Michaels, husband Jestin and daughter Taylar of Wichita Falls, TX, Courtney Mills, husband Shane and son Graham of Russelville AR, Kiersten Campbell, husband Jared and daughters Ellie and Isla of Sumter, SC and son Darrin Harville of Gulfport, LA.

She is also survived by her son Neal Overbay and wife Debbie of Fritch, TX, and their children, Rachel Overbay of Austin, TX, son Murphy and Alyssa Overbay and their daughter Isabelle of Childress, TX, and Coleman Overbay of Austin, TX.

Rosalie is also survived by her son Kyle Overbay of Austin, TX, daughter in law Angela Overbay and Owen Overbay of Amarillo, TX and daughter Olivia Overbay of Austin, TX.

Other survivors include her sisters Joan Savage, Judy Parker and Jo Boutin, and brother Tommy Mason.

Rosalie's final resting place will be Highland Park Cemetery in Borger.
