LAKE CHARLES, LA - Lewis Moore, 62, died Wednesday, March 6, 2002, in Lake Charles, La.
Services were held on Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Walker officiating. Burial was in Consolata Cemetery in Lake Charles, La.
Mr. Moore was born on Oct. 11, 1939.
Mr. Moore was a native of Borger. He lived in Lake Charles for the past 12 years. He was an Army Veteran. He was a warehouseman for Phillips Petroleum Co.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Trubie and Chester Moore and one brother, Larry Moore.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra (Moore) Walker and son-in-law, Law Rodney Walker of Lake Charles, La. and Kelly (Moore) Johnson and son-in-law, Neal Johnson of Clyde; one brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Sherry Moore of Fort Gibson, Okla.; one sister and brother-in-law, Charlotte (Moore) and Ruben Castlemen of Gilmer; three grandsons; two step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. |
