Helen Martinez
September 2, 1939 - December 25, 2017

Helen Martinez, 78 of Stinnett passed away, Monday, December 25, 2017. Rosary will be at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, December 28 at Minton Memorial Chapel. Mass will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 29 at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Stinnett with Father Richard Zanetti officiating. Burial following the service at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Helen was born in Wellington, TX to Aubrey and Marion (Williams) Yarbrough. She was a homemaker and she loved taking care of children and playing games with her grandkids. Helen loved playing Bingo and was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary. She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, and three children, Tino, Frankie, and Kenny.

She is survived by her husband, Joe; sons, Jose Martinez and wife, Renea of Tennessee, and Billy Hickman and wife, Heather of Borger; daughter, Theresa Contreras and husband, Ruben of Harlington, TX; brother, Eugene Yarbrough and wife Judy of Spearman. Helen was blessed with 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
