Memorial services for Henry A. Mayo Jr., 51, Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Kansas City, Kan., will be at noon Saturday at the Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City.

Cremation.

Mr. Mayo died Sunday, March 29, 1992, at a hospital in Phoenix. He was born in Alta, Iowa and had lived in Borger, Texas before moving to Kansas City in 1962. He moved to Phoenix in 1990.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Barbara S. Mayo, of the home; a brother, Allen Mayo, Waco, Texas; two sisters, Jeanice G. Burns, Clarksville, Tenn., and Jeanie Roberts, Kansas City.
