SKELLYTOWN - JoAnne Harvey, 64, died Tuesday, July 29, 2003 in Skellytown.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Highland Park Cemetery with Rev. Fred Palmer, pastor of Carpenter's House Church in Pampa, officiating. Burial will be in "The Garden of Devotion" at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Harvey was born Oct. 13, 1938, in Crescent, Okla., and had been a longtime resident of Borger, White Deer and Skellytown. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Survivors include her Step-mother, Agnes Stover of Borger; son, Billy Jack Annis of Nashville, Tenn,; a step-son, Larry Jack Toney of Enid, Okla,; six daughters, Debra and Dwayne Short of Borger, Renee and Jackie Woods of Skellytown, April Annis of Borger, Brenda and Norman Newman of Pampa, Rachel and Troy Brown of Maple Hill, N.C., and Tabitha and Jeremy Winkler of Pampa; two step-daughters, Brenda Phares of Enid, Okla., and Delores Price of Borger; three brothers, Clifford Stover of Lufkin, Eddie Enochs of Borger and Steven Stover of Borger; two sisters, Linda Swafford of Temple, Ga., and Ginger Jameson of Borger; 24 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
