Mary was born on September 27, 1938, in Borger, Texas. She is the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Christine (née Boyd) Ray. She became a mother of four and loved her family dearly. Through the years as grandchildren were born, Mary’s family was her whole life. She always gave her family all that she could through love and prayer. She was always keeping her family entertained with her witty jokes, love for crafts and the lord and of course Copperdoodle her corgi. She was a devoted Christian and always made friends wherever she was. Mary didn’t know a stranger and always made everyone feel special by cheering them up with her jokes or her amazing stories from her past. Everyone loved to hear her stories and she made you feel like you were there with her when she told them. She was an inspiration to her family and friends with the love, grace, and gifts she gave to everyone she met. Her favorite pastime included gardening, painting, crafts, puzzles,
and teaching others about Jesus. Her love and memories will forever be in our hearts.
